My vehicle broke down early in the morning, I made it to and walked into honest 1 auto care in maple grove. They wrote up the service ticket and got me set up in a loaner car which allowed me to continue on with my work day which was invaluable! I received calls and text notifications throughout the day updating me with the status of my vehicle. They completed the work and I was able to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day! The customer service was excellent, the repair completed to my satisfaction, and the timeliness was great! you don’t find all of these characteristics from businesses these days, but they delivered it!

They were very professional, communicated the issue and expected timeline easily and were quick with the repairs. Very easy to work with

I had a wheel bearing go out, 60 miles from home. I called on a whim and they got me in immediately, only to find that both front bearings were out! 3 of my 4 brake calipers were rusted up, and seized. They were able to get all of the parts they needed, and had me back on the road in just a few hours. Very appreciative of the job they did. Excellent service shop!!

Great work, very accommodating, and got it done a day early.

Rick and Jon and the staff at Honest One are so welcoming and easy to work with. They recognize me when I come in.... not sure that's a good thing. 🤔😃
