As always, top notch professional, courteous and rapid service. I got in for an oil change within 10 minutes of my call to inquire on availability. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Appreciate the coupons and the very comfortable spacious waiting lounge with wifi.

Honest-1 installed brakes on my car several months ago. When I noticed a rattle coming from the front of my car, I had them take a look at it. Turns out it was a loose brake pad that they repaired and covered under the warranty. At the same time, my service rep reminded me that my transmission fluid needed to be changed. There was no high-pressure sales technique to get it done now, just a reminder to keep it in mind for sometime in the near future Thanks!

Had a headlight burn out (less than 1 year from initial install) and no questions asked they had me come in and they replaced both headlights at not cost to me. They were quick, efficient and great to deal with.

Everything went great as far as the service is concerned. However, the manager may have given me some wrong info on they type of oil. He stated that my 2013 Ford Explorer came from the factory with full synthetic oil and therefore, I should keep using full synthetic oil. I called the Ford dealer I bought from and they said the vehicle did not come with full synthetic and they RARELY put in full synthetic when doing any type of oil change. Can someone clarify this?
