I moved to Plymouth 8 years ago. During my time here, I have had multiple experiences with this Auto repair and maintenance group. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, with the promptness of service, with the clear explanations of recommended work to be done, and the rationale for performing the work. They ARE honest Don't forget to use their coupons. 5 stars!

I own a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and I’ve been a loyal customer for about two years now. Within the past 6 months, I’ve had issues with the spark plug of my car which I took here for fixing. My car has four spark plugs and two of them have been “fixed” at this location with the service fee and diagnostic fee running to a total more than $500 on both occasions. Last week, my car started showing symptoms of having a spark plug issue again and I decided to take it to another mechanic, they offered to fix all four plugs for less than $200. It begs the question, is honest-1 auto care no longer honest? Or did they just do a poor job of fixing the plugs in my car? Even if they did “fix” the plugs, their service is too expensive and I will no longer be a customer.

Scheduled for engine oil change and tire rotation. Get them done in one hour, and price is reasonable.

Wonderful service! I was able to make an appointment for my oil change , drop it off and it was ready within an hour and a half. The gentleman who I worked with, Wade, was friendly and knowledgeable and I even got a discount because I work locally. Would highly recommend!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how they lived up to the honest auto care in my Appointment. I brought my car in because I thought the pads were down to the point they needed changing. I get a call back in a short time telling me that my pads had a good amount left. Most places I think would’ve just changed the pads out without giving me the option or informing me of the condition. Wade was very professional and very upfront. These guys also did not treat my time like it was Not important. I will definitely take my car there again. The past experiences I have a hard time, trusting most shops, but this place Was great today.

I won't be returning to this establishment! I scheduled an appointment, dropped off my car for a pressure test, and received confirmation. I specifically asked to be notified once the work was done and to receive an estimate. After 4 hours with no word, I called. The same person assured me they were working on it and would send the estimate in 20 minutes. An hour passed with still no communication. After 5.5 hours, I went in after my workday, only to be met with rudeness from the same individual who claimed they had sent the estimate. They blamed a colleague who had left for the day, yet my car remained in the shop. When I questioned the purpose of making an appointment, I was told it's first come, first served, despite no mention of this on their website or during booking. Their communication is poor, and their prices are excessive. Save your time and money elsewhere!

This is my first experience with Honest 1 Auto Care. I was in need of an oil change & they were able to get me in that day. The service was great! Staff were extremely friendly. They went above & beyond to ensure my needs were met. I would absolutely recommend & will definitely be going back.

They are thorough and have the best prices.
