Everyone here was super nice and understanding, and gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. Great, trustworthy guys here!

Had a tire rotation service here, took about 45 minutes. And also had air fill up. There is air hoses available, just park outside of garage doors and call for air.

Well taken care of while I waited. Results good, as usual.

Called in to see if they would help me with an urgent tire issue when I noticed my TPMS sensor light was on as I stepped out from another business in the vicinity. Rick answered the call and asked me to just drive in, his team took care of it right away... all while we had a blizzard warning in effect and the visibility was may be a quarter of a mile!

Honest-1 Auto Care was prompt and specific in diagnosing the problems with my Xterra and estimating the cost of repairs. I was fairly and courteously treated and then some. All this helped make the problems more manageable.

I called to get a price quote for my car to be fixed and it was an outrages price quote..higher than a BMW dealership. When I ask why it is so high do you have the right part price...guy goes.. how do you question my job and why don't you go get a new car so you don't have to deal with us. Way to go Honest people lol. If I buy a new car you also don't have a job. Roseville location.

I needed a leaking tire repaired, while all the other local services had no openings for a least a week, honest-1 had same day service. They fixed it in the time they said they would for a reasonable price. Good job.

The Burnsville location was my go-to auto care center when I was living in that area, but now that I'm up in Maple Grove, I go to this location instead! Their prices are better than other places I've been to for oil changes. Most times cheaper than others around the area if you use the coupons they have online from time to time. They're honest about anything they find about your vehicle that you may need to replace or fix; and they don't pressure you into doing something you don't want to do outside of what you're there for. Yes, I can perform an oil change on my vehicle at home, but why bother with the mess when the cost of oil and filter will come out to about the same anyways? My Subaru WRX is in good hands when I come here for its regular maintenance. The waiting area has comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait and they provide coffee and water too. It's near a CVS and multiple restaurants too if you want to grab food. If you're a Snap Fitness member, they're nearby one too so you can exercise while your car is being worked on. Great location right off the highway with courteous front desk guys who are willing to help out as they can and answer any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
